Staff always accommodating and really friendly!
Everything was good, clean hotel, favourable and magnificent location down a hill. Nice building and rooms with a jacuzzi. Location adjacent to Branson, the downtown area, and many diverse restaurants. Good overall experience.

The personalized service from the owners was really good.
Our reservation was completely messed up upon arrival. Instead of the two queen beds we requested, we were given a king room. With the hotel being sold out due to local events, they offered only a $20 credit for their mistake. I certainly won't be returning after this experience.

The room faced significant cleanliness issues, with stained towels and a toilet that was not properly maintained. Noise from adjoining rooms was excessive. On a brighter note, the fresh fish offered was a good culinary experience that stood out. The overall experience left much to be desired due to these substantial inconveniences.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed the seasonal outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the nearby Great Passion Play. Definitely recommend for some outdoor fun!
We faced some trouble with noise from neighboring rooms at night, tough to sleep .

I was in town for a wedding and enjoyed my stay. The owners were caring, even checking on me when I arrived late. The room was very clean, and the towels were soft and large, a nice touch compared to what you usually find at hotels. While the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, the overall comfort made up for it. I appreciated the personalized attention throughout my visit.

The jacuzzi suite was disappointing as it wouldn't hold water, but the room was spacious.
